Onions & smoke Polish sausage

 



Smoke sausage is sautéed with onions, red & peppers green for quick also colorful weeknight dinner.


* Ingredients : 


° 1 package (14 ounces) Hillshire Farm®️ smoked sausage, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices

° 2 tablespoons olive oil

° 1 cup onion cut into 1 inch pieces

° 2 cups red and green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces

° teaspoon dried thyme

° ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


* Directions :


Step 1

Fry sausages in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Add olive oil, onion, pepper, and oregano, and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese.
