Simple and easy! My family likes this recipe so much if it were for them, I would do this each day! Tried it, you will like it! To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
* Ingredients:
° 2 cups of sugar
° 2 cups flour
° 2 eggs
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 16 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
icing:
° 1/2 cup butter
° 1 cup sugar
° 3/4 cup evaporated milk
° 1 cup coconut
° 1 cup nuts
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
* Directions:
Putting first 6 ingredients in bowl // blend to mixed with spoon.
Pour to 13" 9" cake pan.
Baking at 350°F 36-41 min .
For icing: Blend butter, sugar, // milk evaporated and cooking on medium heat to it slight thick .)
Remove it from the heat and add the remaining ingredients.
Pour over hot cake.
