GERMAN CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE BARS

 



German pecan pie bars are sweetened with date chocolate, coconut sugar, and maple syrup in place of traditional corn syrup and refined sugar. These natural sweeteners still have a few calories, but they don't cause blood sugar spikes as much as regular sugar and corn syrup. Plus, it is packed with all kinds of vitamins and minerals.




* Ingredients:




° 3 cups pecan halves and chunks


° 1 3/4 cup flour


° 3/4 cup powdered sugar


° 3/4 cup cold butter, diced


° 1/4 cup cocoa rhodella gourmet baking


° 1 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips


° 3/4 cup packed brown sugar


° 3/4 cup light corn syrup


° 1/4 cup melted butter


° 3 large eggs, beaten


° 1 cup sweetened coconut




* The way to make it:




Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the baked pecans in a unmarried layer over the skillet for eight mins, stirring halfway.
