*Ingredients:
°1 box refrigerated low fat cinnamon rolls (17 ounces)
°4 eggs
°⅓ cup fat-free milk (reserve 2 tablespoons for frosting)
°1 tablespoon of cinnamon
°1 teaspoon vanilla
* Preparation :
Preheat oven 350° F. Spraying baking dish with cook spray
Open the cinnamon bun tubes and reserve the icing
Cutting every cinnamon roll to 6 pieces
Place the cinnamon roll slices evenly in the baking dish
Whisk the eggs, 1/3 cup milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls. Make sure the eggs are well mixed.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden and puffed.
Add a little milk to the icing to thin it out. Whisk or mix with a mixer. Pour the glaze over the pan.
