Oven PEACH COBBLER

 



* ingredients :


°1 kg of ripe peaches.

°75 grams of butter.

°175 g of sugar.

°150 grams flour

°1 teaspoon baking powder.

°1 tsp vanilla extract & divided vanilla seeds. 22 cl of whole milk

 

*Preparation :


1. Preheat oven 180 ° C (sixth).

2. Dig a hole, peel the peaches (optional) and cut them into slices. Melt butter in a small saucepan and pour into an 8" x 10" baking tray.

3.Mix the sugar, flour and baking powder in a bowl, then gradually add the vanilla and milk. Pour this preparation directly over the melted butter.

4- Spread the peach slices on the dough. Cook for 40 minutes.

5- Serve lukewarm with vanilla ice cream.
