Homemade peach Cobbler




# Be nice 1st attempt homemade peach cobbler🍑🍑


Ingredients:


1 stick butter – use real butter


1cup flour self-rising


1 cup sugar


1 cup milk


1 large can peach in heavy syrup


Set oven to 325-350 degrees


Directions:


Step 1:


Melt butter in the bottom of the dish. I used a 9×9 dish.


Step 2:


In a bowl mix together the flour, sugar, and milk. Mix well. No lumps.


Step 3:


Pour batter over butter. DON’T STIR IT IN.


Step 4: 


Spoon peaches over mixture around pan, pour peach juice over top.


Step 5:


Bake on a cookie sheet in case it boils up for 1 hour.


Step 6:


It will be juicy but leave it to sit for 5 minutes or so and it all comes together.


Step 7:


I love to eat it warm with some vanilla ice cream on the side.
