VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE

* Ingredients


° Potato 4

° carrots 2

° turnip 1

° leek 1

° Pumpkin 0 5

° onion 1

° carnation 2

° laurel 1 handle

° chicken broth

° Dried poultry broth 1 cube

° olive oil 1 spray


* Preparation :

Peel the pumpkin and clean it. Cut the onion and peel into small pieces. Fry them in a casserole dish with spices and olive oil.

Peel the vegetables, cut them into quarters, and clean them.

Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces and fry, cover with water and add the stock cube.
