* Ingredients
° 1 L egg
° A cup with a capacity of 190 ml contains milk (I used whole milk)
capacity bowl
° 1/4 liter all-purpose flour
° 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
° Put half a teaspoon of salt
° 1/3 liter vegetable oil (for frying)
° icing sugar for decoration
* Preparation
Preheat the oil in a 1-centimeter-thick round skillet to 360° to 370°F over medium/medium-high heat (I used a non-stick frying pan.) Use a deep fryer thermometer for accuracy.
While the oil is heating, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a small bowl and set aside.
In medium bowl and using mixer, beat eggs and milk together on low speed 10 seconds, until well combined, then whisk into flour mixture until smooth.
When the oil is ready, place your finger on the hole of the funnel and pour about 170L of the mixture into the funnel (the funnel was small so I filled it to the top and it worked perfectly.) Holding the end of the funnel close to the oil, remove your finger from the hole and release the dough into the oil in a circular motion.
Fry until lightly browned, then using a tablespoon and tongs, gently flip and fry for 1 minute, then place in a lined paper towel to drain, repeating the process with the other funnel-shaped cake.
Transfer cake to two serving plates and dust with a generous amount of sifted confectioners' sugar! Then drag it with your fingers and enjoy!
Enjoy!
