CHIP-CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE COOKIE

 



The cream-cheese & mini chocolate chip cookie melt in your mouth.Simple, light and delicious chocolate cheesecake, my favorite cookie recipe.


* Ingredients

° 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

° 1/4 cup cornstarch

° 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

° 1/4 c un-salted butter

° 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

° 1 large egg

° 1 tablespoon of milk

° 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

° 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar

° 5-6 tablespoons small chocolate chips


* directions :


In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Leave it aside.In a large bowl, combine the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Adding eggs, milk, also vanilla extract & keep mixing.Then add the icing sugar and mix again until the mixture is frothy.Adding dried ingredients & mix to you obtain smooth paste.

Finally, adding small chocolate chips alsoring stir well. Let it in fridge for an 1 h .

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and place parchment paper on two baking sheets. Taking dough out of refrigerator. It is shap like balls (24-26 ball).

Placing them in sheets-baking, 1.5 inches apart. Flatten balls use your hands 

Sprinkle some small chocolate chips, if you'd like. Bake for 10 minutes.

Removing from oven and let to cool on baking paper about some min .

Transfring to wire rack to cool totally .
