CROCKPOT Soup Potato-Broccoli Cheddar

 



I love the recipe that we grew up together, how delicious it is, what a simple and cheap soup!The broccoli potato soup stuffed with cream cheese is delicious and perfect for this cold weather!


To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

 

* Ingredients:


° 1 onion, chopped

° 1 chopped carrot

° A handful of chopped celery

° 2 cloves minced garlic

° 1 tablespoon of butter

° 2.5 c chicken broth

° 2 tsp of flour

° 1 a c milk

° 2 potatoes, little cubes

° 4 c broccoli florets, small cubes

° 1 c cheddar cheese

° 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese

 

* Methods :


Chop the onions, carrots, celery and garlic in a food processor, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the chopped vegetables.Stir for 5 minutes, add tapioca, salt / pepper, mix well, add broth, milk and potatoes, bring to a boil and marinate for 15 minutes.minutes, add broccoli sprouts and cheese, cook on low heat for 5 minutes, add cheese, stir well, then remove from heat. Take two cups of soup, grind them in a blender and put them in a saucepan.
