30 minutes rolls recipe

 



INGREDIENTS: 15 PERS.


500 g flour

300 ml of semi-skimmed milk

15 g baker’s yeast

30g butter

2 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 C. teaspoon salt


PREPERATION :


Preheat the oven Th.6 (180 ° C).

In two saucepans, heat the milk and butter slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt.

Add the yeast to the luke44warm milk and let stand 15min.

Mix the melted butter and the milk with the flour using a spoon, then by hand.

Knead the dough 44for about ten minutes until it comes off your hand. If necessary, add a little flour.

The dough should be soft and homogeneous.

Let it rise in a warm pla44ce, covered with a cloth for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.

Take the dough ag44ain and divide it into about fifteen small balls to which you will give a slightly elongated shape.

Leave to rest for a fe44w minutes then bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
