Cabbage Roll The recipe for this cabbage roll includes cabbage leaves, stuffed with meat and rice, soaked in homemade tomato sauce, and baked to perfection. Classic comfort food, tasty, delicious and simple.


I've been eating stuffed cabbage since I was a kid, and I've been working on this recipe for a long time to create the best cabbage roll presentation. Serve the stuffed cabbage rolls alongside mashed potatoes and broccoli, and watch the rave reviews pour in!


* Ingredients:


° 1 head of cabbage

° 2 pounds minced meat

° 2 grated onions

° 1 cup rice

° Salt, pepper, coriander

° tomato sauce

° Quince 1 piece


* Directions :


Step 1:

Boilling cabbage, blended meat, onion, rice, salt, pepper, & chopped coriander.


Step 2:

Taking a leaf of cabbage, putting minced meat & rolling it to cabbage rolls. Put the cabbage rolls in a saucepan, cover with a plate, put quince slices on top of the rolls, pour tomato sauce.


Step 3:

Cook until tender.
