Pineapple upside-down cake

 




Ingredients


1 sachet Yeast

1 sachet Vanilla sugar

3Eggs

8Pineapple rings (Tin can)

150 g Sugar

150 g Flour

150 g Butter


Preparation steps


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.


In a bowl, mix the sofftened butter with the sugar.


Add the eggs one by one, mixing well, then add the sifted flour and baking powder.


In a pan or cake pan (which should go on the heat), make the caramel. Let the sugar melt (without water or anything), it should be brown. When it covers the entire pan, add the pineapple rings.


If there is any pineapple left, cut it into small pieces in the batter.


Pour the previous miixture into the pan (or mold) and bake for about 30 minutes.


Leave to cool then soak the cake with the pineapple juice (that of the box).
